This notice explains how PNJ Autos LTD ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you make an enquiry through this website. We are the data controller for this information.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your message, and a reference to the vehicle you enquired about. For security and fraud prevention we may also briefly record the IP address the enquiry was sent from.

Why we collect it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the vehicle or service you asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers, and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months, after which they are archived or deleted. IP addresses are kept only for as long as needed for spam and abuse handling.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored on our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and emailed to our team via our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at pnjautosltd@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
